Confirmation bias means pursuing information that reassures or reflects a person's particular point of view. That is, you only look for news or spend time with people who share your views in order to confirm your views' "correctness". Part of being a responsible information consumer is attempting to see all points of view and challenging our natural confirmation bias. Do you think you have a confirmation bias?
